We are covered by the exemption scheme for small businesses . This means that we do not charge VAT according to article 56, §2 of the Belgian VAT legislation .

3. Prices and Payments

• All prices are in euros (€) and exempt from VAT.
  
• An order is only final after receipt of payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout.
  
• We are not liable for delays caused by the courier.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

• Please send an email to infothejerseyzone@gmail.com with your order number and return request.
• Return costs are at the buyer's expense.
• The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

After receipt and inspection of the return, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days via the original payment method.
